-
Heather DiNino (she/her)
Founding Director & Middle/High Teacher
Heather is the founder of Elements Academy - a longtime educator and lifelong learner. As a mom to two amazingly spirited children, nothing will stand in her way of reinventing education for her family and yours. Heather’s superpower is figuring out how each child learns and what they need to thrive.
-
Robin Mackey (she/her)
Elementary Teacher
Robin has been with us since 2020 - she is overloaded with excitement, enthusiasm, and creativity! And she gets to use all of that creativity to help kids find ways in which they learn best! Robin is a longtime theater & dance artist, enthusiast, and educator- and she even directed and choreographed our very own productions of HONK Jr! and The Addams Family Musical.
-
Jes Malone (she/her)
Middle/High Teacher
Jes is a deep thinker and a star lover. Her philosophy degree fits perfectly with the age group in which she guides - teens who want (and need) to question, challenge, and push the status quo. Jes’ calming energy has been grounding the entire school - kids and adults - since 2021. When she’s not at school, you’ll find her reading, listening to music (likely Phish), or gardening.
-
Robyn Fatseas (she/her)
LMHC, School Therapist
Robyn is the unicorn child psychologist you’ve dreamed about. She is unbelievably educated, experienced, and brilliant. She is also creative, curious, and compassionate (just like all of our kids are!) Trust the kids when they tell you - she’s pure magic. We’re lucky enough to have had Robyn as part of our team since 2021.

Jessica Jaro (she/her)
Foundations/Elementary Teacher
Jessica was born and raised in the metro south of Boston and has spent over 10 years working with children and families in various environments with a degree from UMass Boston in Early Education.
Her personal time is spent swimming, surfing, and scuba diving which calls to my love for the ocean. She also enjoys finding community through dancing, participating in public art programming, training in Eskrima (Filipino martial arts), traveling, and finding a nature trail I haven’t walked before!
Jessica has a passion for providing high quality child early education to diverse learners and deeply values the grounding aspect of being immersed in nature. She believes that all children need the opportunity to have an extended amount of time following their curiosities and making connections to the outdoors and their communities!
