OUR TEAM

The people you choose to have around your family is an incredibly important decision - one that we don’t take lightly. We are extremely proud of our competent, creative, and compassionate team. Every single one of them would make a valuable addition to your family.  Remember, choose wisely who your kids’ (and you) look up to and learn from.

Meet the Team

  • Heather DiNino (she/her)

Heather is a longtime educator and lifelong learner. As a mom to two amazingly spirited children, nothing will stand in her way of reinventing education for her family and yours. Heather’s superpower is figuring out how each child learns and what they need to thrive.

  • Robin Mackey (she/her)

Robin has been with us since 2020 - she is overloaded with excitement, enthusiasm, and creativity! And she gets to use all of that creativity to help kids find ways in which they learn best! Robin is a longtime theater & dance artist, enthusiast, and educator- and she even directed and choreographed our very own production of HONK Jr!.

  • Bruna Travassos (she/her)

Brazilian born and raised, Bruna is fluent in many languages. As a natural born traveler, she has lived in many places and brings those experiences in culture and conversations to the children. Bruna’s degree in Psychology and Educational studies suits Elements Academy perfectly - she’s ready to turn learning upside down!

  • Becka Bielawa (she/her)

Becka has been working with kids since she was a kid herself! Besides having her own 2 children, Becka has taught in public, private, and home settings with children and her patience is seemingly infinite!

  • Jes Malone (she/her)

Jes is a deep thinker and a star lover. Her philosophy degree fits perfectly with the age group in which she guides - teens who want (and need) to question, challenge, and push the status quo. When she’s not at school, you’ll find her reading, listening to music (likely Phish), or gardening.

  • Melissa Webster (she/her)

Melissa, founder of Missy’s Movement, has been dancing for years. Through non-judgemental invitations of dance, kids are able to experience a variety of styles and feel the energy move through their body. When Melissa is not dancing, she’s hanging with her son, CJ, and her guinea pig.

  • Robyn Fatseas (she/her)

Robyn is the unicorn child psychologist you’ve dreamed about. She is unbelievably educated, experienced, and brilliant. She is also creative, curious, and compassionate (just like all of our kids are!) Trust us when we tell you - she’s pure magic.

Do you trust us?

You should! We promise you’re in good hands and good hearts.
