Mindfulness and self-care first found me nearly 20 years ago while I was teaching in public schools and burning out fast.

It found me again when I became a parent and realized I was responsible for keeping humans alive — around the clock — on very little rest.

I’m a certified yoga instructor, Reiki master, and devoted mindfulness practitioner. But most importantly, I’m just a human supporting other humans. I’m here to hold space — without fixing, forcing, or judging — so you can arrive exactly as you are.

There is no battery so low it can’t be recharged.
