Hi, I’m Heather.
I’m an educator, school founder, and parent who believes children deserve to be treated like full humans—and parents deserve support, not judgment.
I don’t have all the answers.
But I do have experience, curiosity, and a deep respect for families finding their own way.
These sessions are less “expert lecture” and more “pull up a chair.”
A few things to know:
You don’t need to be part of Elements Academy to attend
You don’t need to agree with everything I say
You don’t need to feel “good at parenting” to be here
You’re allowed to change your mind, your approach, and your questions
This space is about curiosity—not perfection.
Parenting wasn’t meant to be done alone.
Neither was reimagining school.
