If you lead or work at an alternative education program — private school, learning center, or other nontraditional learning space — you are part of the Village.

This group is for educators in the Boston, South Shore, Metro South area (Boston, Quincy, Milton, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Dedham, Canton, Randolph, Stoughton, Norwood, Norwell, Hanover, and nearby towns).

Why come?
Because the work we do is hard — and it’s easier when we do it together. No awkward icebreakers, no pressure, just genuine connection with people who “get it.”

We gather to:

  • Meet like-minded, like-hearted educators

  • Share resources, referrals, and events

  • Support each other through the challenges

  • Celebrate the wins

  • Build authentic relationships
