If you lead or work at an alternative education program — private school, learning center, or other nontraditional learning space — you are part of the Village.

This group is for educators in the Boston & South Shore area (Boston, Quincy, Milton, Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Dedham, Canton, Randolph, Stoughton, Norwood, Norwell, Hanover, and nearby towns).

Why come?
Because the work we do is hard — and it’s easier when we do it together. No awkward icebreakers, no pressure, just genuine connection with people who “get it.”

We gather to:

  • Meet like-minded, like-hearted educators

  • Share resources, referrals, and events

  • Support each other through the challenges

  • Celebrate the wins

  • Build authentic relationships
